SENIOR CHOIR NEWS
Choir Rehearsal is held on Thursdays at 7:00 PM!!!
During the season of
Epiphany we are reminded that just as Jesus was called to a sacred
mission, we are called to be the light that makes a difference in the
world. Our music and hymns during this season highlight this message.
The hymn, We Are Called, begs the question, What does the Lord
ask of us?-- to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with
God. These simple words from Micah 6:8 emphasize our call to serve
others, to live in the light, to open our hearts and to sing a new song.
An invitation to join
choir or share in our music ministry as an instrumentalist and/or
soloist is extended to all. Senior Choir rehearses in the Choir Room at
Shells Thursday evenings from 7 8 p.m.
We are called to act with justice,
we are called to love tenderly;
we are called to serve one another,
to walk humbly with God.

CHILDREN IN WORSHIP
Our Children In Worship Sunday School
music program provides the opportunity for our children to share in
worship in many ways. The children learn music for the bell choir,
psalmody and scripture readings with rhythm instruments and new songs
for worship. We begin Sunday School for our preschool through sixth
grade children each week with our Children In Worship program,
and the children participate in worship approximately once each month.
Weve also invited our 7th graders back this year to join us
for Shells Bells. We appreciate their leadership and
contributions in worship.
