Youth Directors'
Message:
In November, the Youth Group held a
meeting, the annual Parent’s Night-Out event, a Lock-In, and a Faith &
Friendship get-together for the Youth Group Alumni.
All who attended the Parent’s
Night-Out event had a great time. We watched the movie “Curious George”
and enjoyed make-your-own banana sundaes for a snack. The young kids
brought some fun games for “the big kids” to play with them.
Upcoming Events:
We’ll have our YG Christmas Party on Saturday, December 6,
from 3 pm-8 pm. Please let us
know if you will need to arrive late or leave early, so we can plan
accordingly. Also, in the days before the Christmas Party, we
will shop for the gifts we’ll wrap and give to children at the Food
Pantry. We’ll let you know which date/time works best for the group.
There
are no other scheduled events for December, as we wish lots of family,
friends, and peaceful times for all during the upcoming Christmas
season.
